Case Description

I have a one year old child that I have not seen since October of 2008. I wish to asked the court for custody because I believe that the child best interest would be better serve under my care. The mother of my son wants me to signed over sole custody to her. Pay half the daycare cost, medical and dental cost plus any other emergency. She is willing to give me every other weekend starting on saturday morning until sun 6pm. Until then I am not allowed access to my child. I have two other children and I am currently paying 400 dollars for both per month plus other expenses. I get to have them every weekend and I am able to see them anytime during the week. I currently pay 250 per month for support for the child I wish to have in my care and I am willing to cover half or more of the cost for him that involves his medical, dental, or any future schooling cost that I can afford. As I have had little contact with my son since his birth and any avenue of communication that I seek with the mother is cut off. I am not allowed to visit, or call to see how he is doing. I recently wrote two letters to her telling her the need for us to work things out and I was called by the Niagara regional police that she made a complaint that I was harassing her and threatening to take the child away from her. I have copies of the letters which I wrote to her as well as things I bought for our son and money order that I sent to her. I asking for help to seek access to my son and to begin the legal application for custody of my son....Thank you
