Case Description
I was let go on July 22, 2009. My manager along with HR stated that I was not as effective as I was initially and that my reviews have took a turn for the worst and overall this will not be beneficial for me or them so they had to let me go.
Few points here, I've been receiving descent reviews and my manager was never really making me aware that I was under performing. Another thing is that I was senior and they kept a less competent employee over me. So I think I'm been somehow discriminated here, probably for the pay rather than what was actually stated.
