Case Description

I am the one that is working and supporting the family, fully pay bills and pay mortgage. My wife is hiding all the child support check mailed to her and secretly saving it for a bad day. She also saves from the monthly household expense I give her every month. Yet she is not giving me peace at home despite all what I did. She does not like to work and she has fear of people, driving, heights etc, but gives me a big trouble by verbal attack.From the 20 years of married life, the total time she spent working does not add to 6 months. She likes to hide behind raising children and cooking, eventhough the children are now 16 and 17. The kids have noticed all this and said we should separate. Since I am the one that paid the down payment and all monthly payments of the mortgage who should leave the house? What is the starting point to effect separation?
