Case Description
My wife is a fitness fanatic and goes out for a jog in the park every morning. Last week she was completing her jog when she was assaulted sexually. My wife is severely traumatized and is undergoing treatment. Apart from making a claim for her treatment with my insurers I would also like to sue the park authorities for not providing adequate security
