Case Description
Im being charged with sexual assault and luring on a 14yr. ok first off there was no assault involved i just let then girl get the best part of me when i shouldn't have. It all started with a random add to facebook, then girl asked me what i was doing i replied nothing just chatting online, she then said she was drinking a beer and looking for a drive, so i replied oh where to and she said oh just for somthing to do, i then looked through her pics assumed she was older then she was drinking beer and all so she said i should come get her..i then said its quite late are you aloud she said yea iv gone out with 30 year olds before..i was like ok then so i went and got her and we went back to my place..we then watched a movie and she started to break down on how much her life sucked and then told me her real age..i then being a nice guy i am tried to talk to her and help her a little, i then asked her if she wanted to go home and she said no its ok so i feel asleep and was woke up by her giving me a blowjob and well ya i let her get the best of me when i should have..so after that i went to take her home and she said if her dad was home she was scared of him so she didnt want to go so i let her stay at my place and then drove her to her friend in the morning and was the last i herd from her untill her parents decided to charge me with sexual assault..she even admits she pushed me into doing it on tape. i need some help and advice thanks.
