Case Description
I am wanting to take sole custody of my 8 month old son, his father has admitted to not caring about him, he was told that he did not deserve Jasper and replied with no I deserve better. He takes him 1 day a week and daily states that he does not have to be there for him. He states that he does not need to take care of him because I am the mother. He makes it clear to our friends that he does not actually care about our son, but he refuses to allow me to take full custody. He never seems like he wants to be around, but there are the days where he is really into our son, it's just more bad than good lately.
