Case Description
ok, so this case, im telling first, is complicated. my wife and i split up in october 2007. she was pregnant of a child that i am not sure is mine but we get back together couple months after she had the baby. i live with her for a year, but she told maintenance enforcement that i wasnt, so now i have to pay for the year i was living with her too. the second things is when we split up the second time, i move away from her because things were really too complicated ad when i was trying to come see my daughters or even call them, she would send me message saying that i wont see them again ever. during th summer she told me that her ex boyfriend beat her up in front of the girls. now i move back to Alberta and i need her to sign papers for a investment that i made by myself when i was married with and she refuse to sign them except if i give her half of it. she also have my company papers that she refuse to give it to me, as well as anything in the house that i bought when i was with her. please help me, i don't know what to do and right now i don't have any hour guaranteed at my work so i cant afford a lawyer today but i have a job in a month that will make me do more than enough and to pay for the lawyer.
