Case Description
My daughter just received a $1200 bill for the repainting of her 6 year old townhouse. This only involves sundeck, door/window trim,as they have aluminum siding. They claim they voted that the homeowners should pay this bill. Is this not covered by the strata fees, as all of the homes are being repainted?
