Hello sir
I am an international university student, i had some interest in aviation too. I tried to do both of them at the same time but i only had the permission for one from the immigration. While returning to the university i accidentally went to USA border.The border was so confusing that it didn't look like one. The US border thought that i was escaping from Canada so they handed me over to Canadian immigration. I truthfully said everything to Canadian immigration as a result they gave me an deportation order. I still didn't finish my course yet, none of them is complete. Now i am stuck really don't know what to do.They took my student permit away and still the visa is valid for another 5 months. The lawyer told me to get an ARC letter from the embassy here before i return in Canada again. I am still trying for that. But it seems almost impossible to get it. I need legal help.
