Case Description
HI, this is really weighing on me. I have been discharged from Bankruptcy in 2008 for 60,000 related to my postgraduate studies. I still owe the bank 60,000 for my student loans. I am planning to go back for a phd in september. I was told that I will be discharged of all the money 7 years after I finish my degree, which is in 10, or 11 years. I can't wait that long to bring my life to a closure. I can raise 15,000$ - can my debt be cancelled with such a small amount of cash? it's the most that I can do. I am arts graduate and I find difficult to keep being employed as I don't have hard skills useful in industry or business. I am living with my dad and it's really difficult to have no financial prospects. My bankruptcy concerned only my postgraduate degree. I have finished my master's in 2002 and started my phd in 2004.
