Case Description
The conditions in the sale deed were explicit that the condos would not be leased out to any tenant. Owner were required to occupy the same without any preconditions. One of the owners has leased out the condo to a batch of students. This has been objected to by other owners. We as developers have been receiving the complaints. We need legal advice about the action we may initiate against the owners
