Case Description
A group of friends and I stayed the night at a hotel/casino. Had much to much to drink, woke up with a few things in our room that didn't belong to us and someone had reported them stolen. The RCMP found the belongings with us in the room and we are being charged with theft under 5000.00 and possesion of stolen property. Just wondering if someone would like to help us out on this one. we really don't want a criminal record as this type of thing has never happened before.
