Case Description

Friends offered me there spare car for a couple days (my car was in shop) I told them not with out ins. no problem it is insured. I have a at fault accident you guessed it no insurance, .If I had known it was not insured I would not driven it. nobody hurt police were going to charge me with the no insurance offense which I was having nothing of so they interview the owner and charge him.Okay over that hurdle but now the vehicle owner I hit is suing me in court for the damages to the vehicle .I need a lawyer to represent me on this matter.
