unpaid fees for construction services

Case Description
I am a sub contractor that had been doing work for a General contractor in the city of Calgary. The General contractor has moved to Leduc and is not returning phone calls. I have not recieved any money or heard of when I will be receiving money for the invoices that have been recieved. in the past when given a invoice to the sub contractor the invoice was paid. So I do not understand What is taking place. espeically when there has not been any contact.
