Case Description
Our company is called Great Plains Mechanical and we are located in Saskatchewan.From Aug.2008 to Nov. 2008 and then again from Feb. 2009 we did some work at a grain & pulse crop handling facility in Lethbridge Alberta. We issued 2 invoices dated April 20, 2009, since then we have issued several statements, reminders and calls to no avail. We also had a friend in a law firm in Regina issue a letter telling them that if this account was not paid within 15 days we would seek legal action, still no response. We would like to pursuit with legal action.
