Case Description
I have multiple recordings. Have spoken with Customer Care, the Ombudsman and the local branch. My RRSP GIC was closed February 4th, 2009 and as of Posting (4-26-209) I have still yet to receive the dues. Multiple Cheques have been sent out. An account has been opened to transfer the funds to. And yet nothing has come.
