Case Description
I am in the process of writing a book. It is a fictional book of a small town in New Brunswick. Some of the characters bear the names of other characters in classical novels. The names blend with the theme of the book. I need help with any copyright infringement issues that may arise out of using the names. I need the help from an intellectual property lawyer.
