Case Description
I am implementing an online directory. . The directory has addresses of manufacturers, retailers and accessory providers of a niche product. I am planning on using the phrase, ‘yellow pages’, in addition to the name of the product as a title of the website. I looked it and I am unable to find whether I need to pay a copyright fee to anyone for the use of the phrase yellow pages. I would appreciate legal help on the matter. I will remove yellow pages if there is a possible copyright complication.
