Case Description
We hired a company to build a wall around our yard. The rates charged were reasonable. We paid 30% as deposit by cheque which was cashed by the company. They did not come for a week and I called them. The owner was out and his wife said he would call on his return. It is one week since I called and the owner has not called nor are they taking my calls. I found out that the company has gone bankrupt. I need help.
