Case Description

I was tied up, blindfolded and threatened they would come back as they had my personal information. I am having severe flashbacks and am having problems at night being alone. The company I was working for had no security. The system was the drivers would knock on the door, I would open it, load their trucks and they would leave. This was done on a 4pm to midnight shift.One evening whenn all staff was gone there was a knock at the door, not uncommon as drivers were therev all times of night. I opened door, two masked guys came in, knocked me down, blindfolded me and tied me up. A group of guys came in and stole numerous tv's. They left me tied up and threatened revenge if I said anything. They got my personal information from my wallet. I tried to put it all behind me, but am having numerous flashbacks now. I now live alone in another city and I am starting counselling to try to help. I would like to claim compensation For me to go after the company for the mental issues I am going through now
