Case Description
I am a small business owner. I used a product to cure acne and gave m e a rash and discolored my skin. I could not face the world for months. I started a website for others to share their problems using the website and find solutions. The website had the name of the product and victims as a compound world. The company that makes the product has taken action against me for infringements of their trademark. I would like to fight this and respond to it appropriately. thank you.
