Case Description

I still have a will having my ex wife (still separated) my wife is named on my will and beneficiary for life insurance and work benefits. I am living with someone new for past two years and considering to have separate life insurance- I would like to pay for legal consultation to get the answer to the following questions 1) all my assets currently in my name if i were to pass away does my wife get all of my assets after our separation because of will or does my new partner receive as she resides with me for past two yrs or does my ex get all. 2) if i get a separate life insurance policy does my wife get any of that life insurance which specifically outlines my new partner to be the beneficiary for that specific policy. So because of will and not yet divorced-does wife get any of that new life insurance
