Case Description
It has been 3 months since I received any income benefits ( OCT 25 2009 ) I submitted / faxed the forms to standard life the last week of Nov 2009 to expedite the claim. The forms were delivered mid November. Mid December I was told they were processing the claim. As of last Thursday 21 Jan 2010, I still have no benefits and standard life asked on thurs for additional file copies on top of their company forms my doctor certified.
