Case Description
Injured at work in March, head and next injury. 5 stitches to my head, a concision, and whiplash.
Worksafe sent me to OR2 Program, then sent me back to work. I was originally hurt in March, then i have returned to work twice, and re injured myself twice. Now I am waiting to get back into a physio program, have not worked since Nov. 10th as per my Doctor.
Do I have any options beside waiting for Woresafe to send me back to work before I am ready? My Doctor has been asking Workesafe to contact him since Oct. but nothing.
I work 10-15 hour shifts, full of lifting, climbing ladders and heavy cables, (film tec)
I feel I can not do my job safely, not to mention I am in constant pain, my neck and back are still in spasm. I can not earn a living, I'm being ignored by Worksafe, and I'm frusterated.
