Case Description
My grandfather died due to work related accident in the early 1940s and was wrongfully diagnosed by the corrupt WCB doctors of the time. There was no compensation ever given to my grandmother. I would like to find out what course of action my father could take to investigate this case further and find out what the exact cause of death was. My hope would also be to find compensation for my father, should there be a case to file a class action suit against WCB.
