Case Description
I was fired from my job which was a fixed contract because one of the employees discriminated against me and I complained to my boss.
I am after lost salary, breach of contract, discrimination and defamation as my boss sent negative press and lied to the employees stating that I was fired for stealing.
How do I file a complaint and file to recover my damages and suffering?
