Case Description

My company fired me without cause on January 9, 2010. I worked on commission starting on September 18, 2009. There is $5500 owing and I have $10,000 in closed current business. I understand that they must pay me minimum wage unless my commission exceed this point. This would be for September and October and also in January.

I have learned that they are US based and don't have anyone working on salary in Canada.

I am after my unpaid commissions, the value of sales in hand currently, breach of contract, fraud.

I would like to know how to proceed and where to take my complaints and file any actions.
