Case Description
I was employed by a bank for 3 1/2 years in Ontario then transferred to Newfoundland where I was harassed by supervisor(witnessed by staff)since I arrived in 2005 and june 2007 assaulted when MCS put her hands down my pants because she wanted to make sure iI was wearing underwear. Immediately after work called Shared Services whom I was dealing with about harassment at the time to report the assault. after one year of the bank negligence of ignoring my complaints and have health problems do to the stress I contacted a lawyer who I knew through the bank. The MCS was charged with assault and I was fired in December. I am presently going through the labour board for wrongful dismissal. PLease help me, I have nowhere to turn.
