Case Description
My boyfriend was charged last year with sexual abuse/interference to his 6 yr old daughter. He of course lost visitation and was interrogated and treated horribly. There was never any evidence because there was never any crime committed.
The charges have since been dropped because of too many inconsistencies in his ex-wife's story. She filed this claim deliberately to get the child out of the country but it didn't work.
We would like to find out how this all came about but not sure where to start the search. Do we hire a lawyer or a private investigator? Is it possible to read the files from the Crown and from Child & Family Services?
