Case Description

I was in a truck accident that was 2 years ago and have been on comp for those years. Now they are forcing me back to work at a job that i will be making less money then i was before. They have approved my LMR plan to return back to work and now they have said that they are not accepting the plan. Mentally and physically i am disabled and they have wrote that in letters that they have sent to me. My education now cause of the accident is a below average cause i had a head injury. Its around a grade 5 and they do not want to help to get me back to the way that i was before. I feel that this is not very fair to me i have done everything that they have asked me to do, and in return i loose everything that i worked very hard for in my life. I'm angry and i want some answers and improvement in my life and i am looking for legal advice / legal representation.
