Case Description
I have spoke with Ontario Lawyers and have been sent to Alberta Lawyers whome also sends me back to Ontario Lawyers.
I dated David Fry for 7 years and in 2004 we bought a house together. I did all the leg work with buying this home. David has been emotionally abusive for years but when it became phyical I broke up and moved to Alberta to be with my family. While paying for rent in Alberta I have also paid 500 dollars for three months. I stopped paying due to survival. I also paid the Lawyer to buy the home approximatly 1200 dollars. I have contact David and asked for 5000 dollars for my buy out share of the house. Because he doesn't make enough to pay me he refused. I suggested for him to sell the house and he refuses. I do not want to walk away with nothing from all the hard work I did to get the house in the first place besides all the stress he has put me through I just want to move on with my life. Fairly.
