Case Description
I have been married for 14 years. I have two children with my wife. 15 years old and 11 years old. I am a kidney patient and i do home dialysis. I currently can not work, I receive $1100.00 pr month. I purchased disability on our mortgage and it has been making the $1545.00 payments. My wife has left me with one of my friends. She has been telling the children not to tell me about this. As well they were not tell me that she was coaching them on what a mentally abusive person I am. My kids do not believe this, nor do I. I spent 3 and a half weeks in a pysic. center at Red Deer Hospital. the Doc. said I had situation problems and let me go. My wife is sending me threatening texts, like I will take half of everything you own unless you do as I say. With out my mortgage insurance I will have nothing besides $1100 pr month. I am looking for legal help.
