Joint custody and Moving my Son from Alberta to Ontario

I wish to take my 9 year old son to Ontario from Alberta for work purposes. We have a joint custody agreement and I wish to know if this is possible. He is adamant about living with me and going where we need to so I can work. He is very unhappy at his mother's with her new husband and keeps asking over and over when he can just be with me. I am un-employed in the Environmental Sector and no job opportunities here, where Ontario is leading the way. Jobs are available there and as I need to work i have to go where the work is.  ...1 month ago
