LEGAL CONSULTATION This initial legal consultation is required for all new clients, which includes one hour meeting with an experienced Family Lawyer as well as a written assessment outlining the estimated costs, legal rights, and recommended legal strategy for your family law matter. The legal consultation fee is $300, which is credited to your account if you retain our law firm for your family matter. This option is for people who haven\'t retained a family lawyer yet, but require specific family law legal advice. LAWYER RETAINER An initial deposit of 50% is required prior to getting started, which varies from $1,500 to $5,000 depending on the complexity of your family law matter outlined in your written assessment (from your legal consultation). Additional funds may be required throughout the process for more contested and complex family matters. The hourly rates of our family lawyers range from $275 to $350 per hour.
