• I have been practicing personal injury law and other litigation since 1995. I have witnessed all types of injury cases, and successfully negotiated settlements that make sense

• My firm is able to deliver compassionate, and caring results, with direct one on one attention with the lawyer handling your case
  
  
• Describe your personality and style as a lawyer?
• I am a collaborative person, who likes to work together with my client to achieve optimum results. I am able to deal respectfully with the clients, and opposition. I take all steps to be in a position to best negotiate a favourable settlement. When it appears that negotiation is not possible, I am able to switch gears and aggressively fight for my client\'s rights.
  
  
• What's the most difficult and challenging part of your job?
• The most difficult and challenging part of my job, is finding scheduling time for cases, that work with opposing counsel, mediators and others that are involved. The vast majority of delays in cases are created by the inability of counsel to find dates that work.

• Helping people to deal with difficult insurance companies.
